All Shipments will require signatures for delivery. Please make sure to ship to an address where someone will be available to receive the package. Alternatively, once the item has shipped you can go to www.FedEx.com, track your package and then click on Manage Delivery to route your package to a FedEx pickup location (such as Walgreens).
Addresses can be updated at any time before the your item ships. If an address change is required after the shipment has been sent outside of a hold location there will be a $16 fee to update the address.
If the item gets returned you can either have it shipped out again for an additional cost of $10 or have a refund for the item minus the shipping fees.
